Customer Support Associate

Remote Full-time Customer Support

Remote — United States $19–$23 / hour

Join a twelve-person support desk covering a national retail account. Training is paid and runs two weeks before you take live contacts.

What the role involves

Answer inbound calls, chats and emails using an approved knowledge base
Log every contact accurately so the next representative has full context
Escalate billing and compliance questions to the team lead on shift
Meet the agreed quality and response-time targets

Inventory & Fulfillment Associate

GN-WL-01

On-site Full-time Warehouse & Logistics

Anchorage, AK — on-site $18–$21 / hour

Day-shift inventory work in a climate-controlled facility, with a fixed schedule published two weeks in advance.

What the role involves

Run cycle counts and reconcile variances against the stock system
Receive, label and put away inbound deliveries
Flag damaged or mislabelled goods to the shift supervisor
Keep aisles and workstations clear at the end of each shift

Client Services Coordinator

Hybrid Full-time Customer Support

Anchorage, AK — hybrid (two days on-site) $22–$26 / hour

Own the relationship for a multi-site client. You are the person who makes a last-minute absence a non-event.

What the role involves

Build and publish shift rosters two weeks in advance
Cover absences and swaps without breaching agreed staffing levels
Confirm placements and start dates with new hires in writing
Keep the scheduling system and the client report in agreement

Remote Full-time Technology & Remote Ops

Remote — United States $27–$33 / hour

Test web and mobile releases for a logistics client. You will be the last person to touch a build before it ships.

What the role involves

Execute scripted regression passes against each release candidate
Write defect reports a developer can reproduce without asking questions
Re-test resolved defects and record the outcome
Maintain the shared test-case library as features change

Remote Part-time Customer Support

A part-time written-support role with self-selected shifts, built for people who would rather type than talk.

What the role involves

Work the live chat and email queues during your booked shifts
Resolve order, account and delivery questions from the knowledge base
Hand complex cases to the specialist queue with a written summary
Keep the macro library current as policies change

Remote Part-time Office & Administration

Remote — United States $17–$19 / hour

Work through a defined queue at your own hours, with accuracy targets you can see and hit.

What the role involves

Enter records from scanned documents into the client system
Check each batch against the source before submitting it
Flag illegible or contradictory records to the team lead
Keep your daily tally accurate — the queue is measured, not monitored
